Book Zhongshan hotels

Nice hotel to stay in Nanning.

Three things about the hotel: 1. The heavy stench of the cigarettes soaked into furniture, pillows, walls and deep carpets. We could not sleep because of it and I am not exaggerating. 2. BEWARE: Hotel isn't located where it is pinned on the map. It seems to be very downtown, but it is far away (15 minutes by taxi). The address is ok, but it is not where the pin is on Google maps. 3. Staff was very helpful and despite they only speak Chinese, we were able to communicate via app translators, including taxi transfer to the rail station. Hotel pics with the a'la baroque interior design look fancy in pics but it is a cheap imitation with printed pictures of naked women, some very low resolution other stretched with a wrong format ;P

We have stayed here numerous times over the past few years, and it has never disappointed us! The staff and service are excellent. Always. The breakfast buffet is tantalizing, and the room we had was such a wonderful Valentine's Day upgrade! There are "3" upper level hotels in Nanning, and I believe this is the top of the "3". It was also priced competitively too. Although, whatever we have paid over the past few years was always always well worth every dime! Thank you Lotus! See you again, most definitely! Daniel C.
