What an incredible stay at the Wellness hotel. The Alpine Chic Room was wonderful, large, and the view of the Matterhorn was spectacular. The service was wonderful and the staff incredibly kind. The breakfast was a 10/10. We loved the central location of the hotel and the spa was amazing and relaxing. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to others.

up to standard 4 full star hotel which is quite hard to find in Europe and its value for money with its full service and facilities in the hotel. Wide selection of breakfast, many different fruits, pastry and even rice! Free mini bar with softdrinks and beer and fruits too. complimentary shuttle on arrival and departure to the station, very efficient. the room is very new and clean. good restaurant and lounge. Offer cakes, coffee and tea during tea time for all hotel guests. very recommend and will stay there again.

An experience you need to try!

This was no doubt our best experience in a hotel. Everyone went above and beyond. The Matterhorn was a great view out of our window. We’ll be back again hopefully!

A beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and service. I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Zermatt. Staff were great, organised lift tickets for us no problems and were very informative when seeking information. Everything is so close, easy walking to most places in the village.

Everything was perfect including room , bedding , amenities, spa and quiet room and great massage . Breakfast was good , I would personally add some more vegetables which were only little Location is good 5 min from center and train station

Excellent location, short walk to downtown and just across the street from sunnega lift. They offer a shuttle to and from train station for luggage - just have to send a message or email to coordinate. Didn't have a chance to use the pool/spa area bc it closes early (8pm), would have been nice if it closed later (e.g. 9 or 10pm). Lovely breakfast spread.

One suggestion that I would like to make based on our experience, is the light switches in the room. One person is in the bathroom and another person turns off a lamp in the bedroom and the person in the bathroom is in the dark! We spent 2 days trying to figure it out, and we regard ourselves as reasonably intelligent people. The view was spectacular on the balcony! Location was perfect, away from noisy train station but close enough to walk there. The hotel offered transport to and from the train station.
