Good Property location: it’s not far from the lake. Rooms are nice and clean. Mattresses are firm. The pools close at eight, but they make sure people leave earlier A major plus is that they offer spinal traction. As for the restaurant menu—while there is a wide variety, it almost never changes; consequently, if you are staying there for several weeks, you very quickly get tired of eating the same things

Friendly Frontdesk Staff, good food and perfect for Families

The hotel is a bit old but the things that are important to us (sauna area, thermal pools, swimming pool) are all great. Food is average, a bit oily, but has relatively good options.

Hair in eggs on breakfast and the worst thing is that the staff was checking the availability and didn’t care at all. The bathroom cabin leaks a lot after an average shower. The spa is so-so and the changing rooms are bad. It’s outdated as everything. Summary: I have no idea why there’s so high rating.

Shower must change ! No parking lot enough and expensive.

Do not have any high expectations- this hotel property is very basic. There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. Upon entry to the hotel we were greeted by a very rude arrogant man - who seemed overwhelmed and very unpleasant. He had shocking demeanour and was very unprofessional. We also experienced very rude staff at breakfast.
