Un poco de mayor cuidado en la limpieza de las habitaciones, dentro del closes estaba una cucaracha muerta (de las grandes). Tener mayor atención al servicio, ya que varias ocasiones en el Maria Bonita Bar dejaron sin atendernos, era complicado encontrar al mesero. Hasta un destapador les faltaba.

Immaculate. Luxurious room with large private terrace. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Hearty breakfast included. Centrally located. Helpful friendly staff.

The property has pleasant gardens and great potential, but several operational areas need improvement. Issues included voltage problems, insufficient air conditioning, no properly installed in-room safe, and two occasions without electricity and water. Some staff members were kind, but the property needs stronger operational standards and better basic hospitality to match its potential.

The stay was frustrating from start to finish. We initially had to change rooms because the air conditioner in our first room was extremely noisy, making it impossible to rest. Unfortunately, the second room had the exact same issue, so the problem clearly wasn’t isolated. To make matters worse, when I booked the room, I specifically asked if they offered free transportation to the bus station and was told they did. However, on the day of checkout when we actually needed the ride, they suddenly tried to charge us 1300 pesos. That felt misleading and disappointing. We ended up taking an Uber for just 400 pesos, and the bus station was very close anyway. Overall, between the unresolved noise issue and the misleading information about transportation, the experience did not meet expectations.
