The check-in at the front desk was fine. The young lady was nice. The room has a host of issues. The security deadbolt on the door doesn’t lock. There are no bath towels in the room, only hand towels and washcloths. There aren’t any extra blankets or pillows in the standalone wardrobe. In general the room and bathroom are dingy, and definitely in need of a good cleaning and sanitizing - which would help eliminate the residual odor that lingers in the room. Essentially I don’t feel safe because I’m in the first room on the first floor and the security bolt doesn’t work. I’m a germaphobe so don’t like the dirtiness or smell in the room. The TV offers a few local channels only. The ‘free’ WiFi asks you to sign up for marketing junk and a rewards club to get a decent speed and connectivity for free, or to sit through an advertising schpiel to get a barely functioning free version.

They have remodeled and they did a good job. My issue is solely as where I was in the bus\ilding. My room faced the freeway and it was really loud and so was the heater. Earlier in the day it was quiet but as soon as we turned it down of the night it was so loud we turned it off. Ugh

Staff was very friendly the hotel is not worth the amount of money spent. Breakfast ends at 9 am. Walls very thin, you can hear everything going on in the room next to us. Furniture had cigarette holes, they need to drastically renovate. Will not go back

If they would have explained their tv service was out in the beginning I would have stayed somewhere else right away. But they told us an hour later after checking in and then charged a full night. Ridiculous.
