My daughter and I recently stayed at this charming hotel nestled right under the mountain, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and spotless common areas. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The food was another highlight — fresh, flavorful, and served in a cozy dining area that made every meal enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to unwind in a scenic, quiet location with great service and quality food.

It was amazing, the couple that run the hotel were very hospitable and accommodating. The lady took from her own time to give us a guide on how to tour the city. The technology inside the actual rooms were top class as well. Heated toilets, automatic curtains, a pretty nice chandelier for a hotel. Not to mention, the scenery topped it all off. The swimming pool had nice scenery and I had a good time with my friends. The staff felt like family.

The reception staff Alice is very helpful and accommodating,very patiently waited while I was having some technical issues issues with the Wise card.Alice was full of empathy and suggest we check in n rest and settle the payment when the system is resolved.upoñ checking out after Alice knowing that we have an early check out ,prepare 2 sets of takeaway breakfast in a bag which is very thoughtful.Apart from her good services,the room was not very impressive and is very run down with sheer curtains full of smell, could have been accumulate from months n smoking though not allowed.Bathroom tape was leaking.breakfast was reasonable but not fantastic as that of a Hilton.the most convenient is the cable car entrance to the Tianmem Gate is just opposite which saves lots of time and the eateries around

Would definitely recommend! The staff were amazing. Jerry provided great advice on how to experience the surrounding sites and also was very accommodating to anything that came up.

We visited the hotel in off season so we have to expect that it is not up to full operation. I believe we were on two guests in this 900 plus room resort. The assistant manager was so helpful to us with researching things to do and places to eat in the area which made things much easier. The rooms were big and comfortable so no complaints there. I took advantage of the inexpensive in-house massages. Easy to get around using Didi. Would probably stay here again.
