I was very disappointed with my experience. While I have stayed at many Hilton locations around the world and have always had positive experiences, this one did not meet expectations. Communication was extremely challenging as no staff members spoke English, and instead of trying to help, one staff member argued with me. The team appeared under-trained and the overall service felt unprofessional.
