Fun place, beautiful setting. Fresh eggs from owner’s chickens was a great bonus! Ladder up to loft is a little steep for us old folks, but very well built, sturdy with good handles. We just used caution and we’re fine. Clean, nice front porch with small table, chairs and nice propane grill.

The property was well kept and communication was great. Very comfortable, clean and close to town!

We love staying in this house when we visit our grandkids in Colorado. It is located in the perfect spot

This was a good place to stay for our group. There was plenty of room and had all the amenities from a fully stocked kitchen to bathroom essentials. We particularly enjoyed the spacious kitchen, living room and theater room. The kids enjoyed the pool table and hockey table downstairs. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. We did have an issue with the internet but she attempted to resolve the problem immediately. Overall, this place is definitely a good place for a large group. Seems like they were still under construction and lots of equipment and stuff around the perimeter of the house and probably not the safest for little kids but we looked past that since the accommodations were good and it also had a nice big concrete pad in front that we could gather in.

It was a great stay. Very clean nice home. Being from Texas not us to being without A/C but we made it with windows open.. would DEFINITELY stay agin..
