Fully updated and amenity packed home that is new to the rental market for 2025! When you’re not hanging out in the beautiful backyard, Grey’s Beach and Corporation Beach are under a 10 minute drive!

Outside, you’ll find a brand-new heated saltwater swimming pool and hot tub. The pool area also includes a gas fire pit on the patio with 4 Adirondack chairs, ideal for evening relaxation or entertaining. The outdoor dining table has seating for 10 and the pool area has 4 lounge seats.
