⭐ Bad Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. A few key issues: Check-in Issues: I was arriving late (after 10 PM) and received a call from the front desk around 9:30 PM warning me that the front desk closes at 10 PM, and if I arrived after 11 PM, I wouldn't be able to check in at all. This was not communicated clearly during booking, and it added unnecessary stress to my arrival. Cleanliness: 0/10 The room was clearly not properly cleaned. Quilt was left unfolded on a chair Ironing board was still open in the middle of the room No tissue in the tissue box A half-used water bottle was left in the room Shampoo tube was already half empty. This level of cleanliness and preparation is unacceptable. Overall: I would not recommend this hotel. Expedia should seriously review and consider flagging this listing. Personally, I suggest avoiding it and booking elsewhere.

Not bad for the price

Looked like it was renovated recently. Beds were comfy, clean, felt safe- good price. It was very hot in the room when we checked in, in the evening. They never had the air-conditioning on for us. Limited on outlets for 4 people to charge electronics. Over all would stay there again.

This is a very convenient motel located just 10 minutes to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street in Hyannis. The front desk attendant was friendly and the room was clean, with a mini-fridge and microwave. There was a great coffee shop close by and the pool actually looked nice (although we didn’t use it).

Very easy, calm place

Great location with activities, food, and beaches around. Close enough to explore further down Cape Cod without too much of a drive. Very clean, looks newly painted/maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Basic amenities and services were great - ice machine, swimming pool, ice machine, front desk help, iron and blow dryer provided as well

Great find for the money in West Yarmouth. Convenient location. Clean and worked for our overnight stay. Close enough to walk to for breakfast a few doors down. And has a pool but no pool lights for at night.

Beds were very comfortable and clean. Shampoo and conditioner and ample soap provided. Coffee provided, and hair dryer. No closets, just a clothes rack. TV was a good size. Under rubber bath mat in tub, I saw some hairs. People next to me had extremely loud music with a string beat every few seconds from 10:30 pm to 12:30 am. Place should be monitored for that.

Not worth the money

The bathroom was filthy, I found a green pill on the floor so it obviously wasn’t cleaned. The air conditioner barely cooled the room off and the blackout shades were anything but blackout. The bathtub mat was disgusting and the tub was half painted under it. Definitely wasn’t worth the price I paid to stay there.

Very conveniently located. Lots of restaurants close by. Room is all we need for one night. Could use a bedside lamp or some sort of alternative lighting. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
