The location was perfect and house was great for our family's needs! There is AC in the bedrooms, but not in the common spaces which typically would have been fine. Unfortunately, we visited during a week that was above average temperatures, so the air was quite stagnant in the remainder of the house. Overall, it was a great place to stay with the family!

Property was very clean. Communication with Delmar property manager was excellent. Property is 0.4 miles to small beach at end of the street and 1 mile from Craigsville beach. Nice quiet location in an area called the avenues. Within 2 miles of whatever you might need in Hyannis. Only the 4 bedrooms are air conditioned. Bring your own window fan for main areas if you think you might need one.
