I stayed there for seven days. They never came to clean my room and I didn’t have a door tag on. I had to go down to get my own towels. Every ice machine is broken so you can’t get ice at the floor you’ve gotta go all the way to the front desk for them to dig it out of a cooler in the back and give it to you. Elevator broke when I was there a lot of disappointing things. I definitely won’t be back to that one.

Very nice hotel. Quick easy check in. Clean rooms. Top notch breakfast. I appreciate that the washers and dryers were full size. Often hotels will have the smallest ones imaginable. Lots of food options nearby. The only complaint I have is that the parking lot is FULL of potholes.

Clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff. The breakfast was wonderful. Parking is within the property and easy to park. Takes about an hour and a half to two to drive to Brooklyn during mid morning.
