Attractions and Hotels Near Yangho-ri

But don't just limit your travels to Yangho-ri. Take some time to check out some of the spectacular sights and activities that the wider South Gyeongsang region has to offer. Among South Gyeongsang's natural wonders are its coastal plains, forests and rivers. After getting zen in Mother Nature, have a look around ruins, traditional villages and old towns. More active types can also have a crack at popular activities like mountain climbing and hiking.

Don't shoot through before you've had a squiz at the Sun Sports Plaza and Dacos Bowlingjang in Daegu. If you're keen to spend a few nights in Daegu, consider the Novotel Ambassador Daegu and Crystal. Or, you could stay in Kimhae-si, 40 kilometres to the southeast of Yangho-ri, where you can pick from the Brown Dot Hotel and Color M Motel. If you're staying in Kimhae-si, set aside a little time to check out Shineo Bowlingjang and Gimhae Bowlingjang.

Ulsan is home to some 950,000 people. You'll find it 65 kilometres east of Yangho-ri. Local attractions worth visiting include the Hyundai Motors Ulsan Factory, the Jangsaengpo Whale Museum and the Ulsan Museum. There's all sorts of places to stay on offer in Ulsan. However, the Lotte Hotel Ulsan, Hotel Hyundai Ulsan and Good Morning Hotel are some of the most popular. Flying into Yangho-ri? Then you'll want to know that the most convenient airport is Gimhae Airport. It's only 50 kilometres from the centre of town. If you're looking for nearby accommodation, you can't go past the Hotel Paragon.
