This was a beautiful hotel in Wuxi- we had wonderful rooms and the staff was very friendly. The only problem that I had was the room temperature. Perhaps a problem with Westerners like me, but I need a room to be at least down to 18-20 degrees Celsius/ 68 degrees Fahrenheit in order to sleep comfortably. The room temperature had a lower limit that was simply too hot to sleep comfortably. I ended using a large towel as my cover, but that still left me hot the entire night. If you need a low-temp, personally controlled room temp. like me, then this might not be the hotel for you. But if you have no problem sleeping in a room that it is a little on the warm side, then you will be in heaven with this hotel.

The staff were also extremely courteous and professional, always ready to assist. Overall, the combination of comfort, service, and well-kept amenities made the experience excellent.

Very friendly front desk, large, clean and very quiet room, excellent room service. Close to the shopping malls and restaurants, very convenient !

Hotel just above Wuxi station. From the exit gantry there are lifts on the left side that brings you to the lobby. Can find quick bite at the station or take subway ride to other part kg the city. Room is comfy and quiet. Breakfast is good.
