The staff are more than attentive but they need new beds in the rooms both queens in our room were very uncomfortable. The waterslide and pool were very much to the satisfaction of our 2 grandchildren. The kids breakfast special were ate quickly by both and it’s great to see breakfast specials for $4.99. Cleaning staff were wonderful and hard working. The front desk evening clerk was extremely helpful. Thank you

Went for a one night stay and we had an excellent time! Kids really enjoyed the waterslide and the woman working the front desk (Sukm) was absolutely amazing. She was attentive to what we needed (made sure we had a room close to the pool, gave us an extra WiFi code as we exceeded the device limit and arranged to have cots brought into our room) she did all of this with such a pleasant attitude, she made our stay!

There was no fridge in the room which would have affected my decision to book The water drainage was slow in tub and sink The restaurant attached had slow service and wasn’t busy I got a voucher when I checked out for restaurant I waited for a while to be seated so the front desk clerk sat me Then I had three separate servers come to my table but none came back so I had no beverage for some time; it wasn’t busy I called the restaurant as it was easier than trying to get someone to come to my table

Don't stay on Saturday nights! I was given a room that was next to the back parking lot, which was for the attached bar and night club. There was a very bright street light in that parking lot, which would be fine, but the curtains can't close. My entire room with the lights off was flooded with bright white streetlight all night. Quiet hours are supposedly 10pm and onward, but you wouldn't know this, because the nightclub is playing loud and deep bass until 2 am. Don't expect to sleep on Saturdays. Housekeeping was kind of rude, the front desk has a habit of not answering the phone, and the first night had homeless screaming swears in the parking lot, and someone yelling at their children in the hallways. The TV is locked to prevent you from using the HDMI ports for your own things, as well. Overall, kind of a mess!
