Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.
For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

New Year's Family Trip

Beautiful house and resort. Location is fantastic. Easy walk to the beach and resort amenities (spa, health club, hot tub, heated pool, beach, etc.). However, the kitchen is empty of basic cooking staples (salt, pepper, condiments, etc.) so just plan on having to stock the kitchen upon arriving.

We had a great time staying at this property. Beautiful home and neighborhood. Access to the resort pool and fitness center was a plus. The property was clean, the pool was very nice, most everything you need to have an enjoyable stay.

Faulty appliances and bugs

This is a beautiful home, with a terrific layout. However, the ice machine, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine were all inoperable from the first day. The last two days, the upstairs a/c stopped working and reached 85 degrees. There were also dozens of roaches and palmetto bugs in all bathrooms and a couple of the beds. Highly disappointing for the cost.

Jones Family Girls Trip

The property was EXTREMELY dirty. Floors had visible garbage left behind in the living area, the floors had not been swept (large crumbs under the dining and living room table), carpet had not been vacuumed, countertops had not been wiped, primary suite bathroom had a giant wad of hair on the countertop, upstairs bedroom sheets FULL of hair! We spent part of our trip washing sheets just so we could sleep the first night. We alerted management the next morning at 7:00a.m. A cleaning crew member did not show up until well after noon. We missed out on most of the day waiting on them. We took several photos to document and support our allegations and sent this info to management. This was BY FAR the most frustrating and disappointing accommodations we have had since we started doing these trips. The property is a beautiful property that was poorly maintained, so it wasn’t the fault of the property itself. The owner should definitely have harsh words for the cleaning company AND the management company that manages the property. It is not likely that we will be staying at, nor will we recommend any property associated with ITrip Vacation Rentals.

Nice Property

We stayed in this property for a week over summer. Overall, the house was very nice and well appointed - there were a few cleanliness issues upon check-in, but the management company were very quick to contact us and rectify the situation. We had 4 adults and 4 children stay in the property - the layout and rooms were great. Agree with other posters that the front bedroom is basically fully lit 24 hrs a day - there are 6 windows around the top of the room which allow moonlight, streetlight and of course sun in. We had kids, so a lie-in wasn't much of an option anyway, but beware if you're looking for a more relaxing stay! The pool was fantastic for the kids, the outdoor area could do with a few more chairs (there are only 3 seats and 2 loungers), but we made it work. Walk to the beach is not 300 yards! Maybe from the exit of the development - but it's a hike to that. It's definitely walkable, but more like half a mile. I think there may have been a shuttle, but we didn't see any. A few of our party used the pool facilitates at the nearby hotel and enjoyed them. Overall, the property was nice and the management company very keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

The overall review is this place exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely beautiful…. From the location to the whole house. It was perfect for our family and all the children which were 5, 4 and 2. The pool which is on the smaller side, was actually perfect for our ages of children. The bed rooms were great and all good sized, especially the 2 on the main floor. Big open floor plan with a great kitchen that had tons of storage and countertop space! Now for that size house, it could use another couch to accommodate 8-11 people. As of now, 6 have places to sit, it needs a much bigger kitchen trash can (we were emptying it 2-3 times a day) with an additional garbage can in the garage…. People generate a lot of trash on vacation! The grill is extremely small ( holds 4 burgers at a time) and the coffee pot only makes 8 cups (3mugs) and takes 20-30 minutes to brew! (That really needs to be upgraded!). But those aside, it truly was fantastic, extremely clean inside and out and the location is perfect!! Having the use of the resort pools was such a bonus! I’d recommend this to anyone!!

Family Vacation

Banyan Place did not disappoint! Not only was the home lovely and large enough to accommodate eight adults and three very young children, there was so much to do! The home pool was lovely, but it was wonderful being so close to the beach and pool complex as well! The community had so much to offer as well. The only suggestion I can make is to note if you are traveling with a baby or child needing a crib and/or high chair, prepare to bring them or you can rent them. Not a big deal as some of us were not flying so could bring the equipment. All other accommodations were perfect!

We had high expectations.

I will start by saying this house layout and floor plan was great! Ample counter space in the kitchen. Unfortunately that’s the only thing nice about this house. We like to play card games during the evenings and the dining room chairs were horrible, very uncomfortable. The refrigerator was unusually small for such a big house. The cookware and utensils seen better days. The blender had a major leak which made frozen drinks impossible. The grill was a bit embarrassing. The bedroom to the right of the front door is horrible. The ceilings are 12ft tall with windows all the way around. The issue is there are no window coverings on the windows high up and the LED street lights make that room daytime all the time. For the price we paid we definitely expected it to be more upscale.

Best Christmas Ever

In the words of my grandson whose birthday was Christmas Eve, this was the best Christmas ever! There was plenty of space for everyone. The house was very clean and conveniently located to all shopping yet not in a congested area. We will be booking again!

Very nice home and beautiful resort

Beautiful home well decorated, but the carpet was dirty, the floor not swept and the mattresses on the king size bed is bad could not sleep on one side of the mattress. Someone need to check behind the cleaning people.

Great House

We had a family trip here.We have grandchildren all under the ages of 7.They all loved the pool,it was the perfect size.Also enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage.The kitchen is a nice size with lots of extra storage for groceries etc.All of the bedrooms are a good size.The neighborhood is beautiful.The walk to the pools and beach are doable,we drove our beach gear down,but easy enough to do.Property manager was very welcoming and informative upon arrival.We had 0 issues during our stay.
