Book Windom hotels

0/10 recommend. I knew that the overall ratings would provide lower than higher expectations. However, if I had to choose between sleeping in my car and this hotel, it would be my car. The check in was horrible. The lady repeated my number back as I provided it discretely and a person nearby made reference in the location of my area code. She also was loud and telling me the room number and the same person followed behind me to my room. I waited for them to go where they were going before I entered my room…Hotels really need to be careful with information. The cleanliness of the room was horrible. I slept with my clothes on and a hoodie over my head. I took a wash off as the shower wasn’t cleaned well. I couldn’t wait to check out. If it wasn’t for the hotels 20mi away being fully booked, I would’ve left. Lesson learned. Should I have to travel to Commerce again, this would be the LAST place I stay!

I stay here often and it is the perfect spot if you're in the Commerce area. Highly recommend.

I’m in love with this place! Sad I will never have another reason to visit again but definitely telling anyone around to stay there!!!

Everything was perfect! We will absolutely book again. If you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and restful weekend outside of the city, this is the perfect location. This is NOT a complaint, just a heads up; it’s about a 3 mile beautiful country side drive on a rock/gravel road. The gps can get you turned around due to the seclusion on some apps so I recommend against DoorDash/good delivery orders. Screenshotting the directions and check in info in the city would be beneficial. The best thing is Restaurants and grocery are less than 20 minutes away which makes the stay even more convenient in case of emergencies and/or for quick pick up items. I would recommend for couples or small families looking for a secluded getaway with easy city access.

Leftover stuff in the refrigerator, my room did not have a remote for t.v., when i went to the front desk to get one I was told there was one already in there and I said well then would you please show me where it's at because I've gone through the closet and I've gone through every drawer and so I asked for her to give me a remote please, she said she didnt no if she had one so she opened the drawer and there were a few in there so she handed me a remote, I went back upstairs and the remote didn't work on the TV so I go back down and told her that the remote did not work on the TV because while it might have to be programmed and I'm like do you have a different remote a different kind of remote and so she made a phone call I guess to her supervisor and she comes walking out of the back room with two different remotes and she goes well I don't know if either one of these will work because they may have to be programmed I said just give me both of them and I'll bring back the one that doesn't work. As we were speaking a couple walked in and she ignored me and took care of the people who just walked in instead of continuing what we were trying to get accomplished, I told her that that was being rude that I was there first and she was helping me and it was rude for her to start helping somebody else without addressing my problem so I said just give me both of them and I'll bring back the one that doesn't work she him hard about it and I said look I can't go to sleep without the
