The Welsh Rarebit is not authentic. Far too much bread and ham, not enough rarebit. Just blobs of a cheesy mixture piped onto large chunks of bread. Only disappointing part of my visit.

Lovely hotel close to the lake and very convenient for the shops, theatre and main attractions. Staff at Reception and at breakfast were all really pleasant and helpful.
