Front of house staff were extremely helpful.

Lovely spa stay. Rooms clean and well kept. 2 restaurants, both a bit pricy for the quality of the food. Food was good, but not so good I'd be back for the food alone at that price. Spa treatments were excellent, but again definitely on the higher side. If you don't book directly with the hotel they add an extra £45 per person to use the spa for 2 hours!! It is a great place, but unfortunately I feel like they're trying to claim back the money they have invested into the hotel too hard and too quickly. It's a bit obvious with the high price points and extra charges which makes it all a little less appealing for me to return. Also if i'm paying £18 for a cocktail, I don't expect the bartender to tell me he has never made a margarita before!

Stayed here many times before and the hotel is always immaculate. Didn’t make breakfast due to a late night but couldn’t fault much apart from being at the rear of the hotel with no view at all. Staff are always friendly and helpful too.

There is no Spa/lux feel to this hotel; as you walk in, the reception area is just in the way between the eating area and the bar. the staff are really lovely. The room smelled a bit of damp, the bathroom was so tiny you could barely turn round/get to the loo and it all needed a deep clean. Bed was comfy. There was no soundproofing I could hear the tv in the next room - it was like it was in my room. All old fashioned and not in a ‘faded glamour’ way. Needs a refurb. So disappointing for the wonderful cliff side location
