Breakfast was great. Room was quite big and with a great view and spacious, staff was cordial and welcoming. Our only critique would be not to let the people handling your bags touch them ever! They grabed our bags by the handles up and down the stairs hitting them in everey step breaking our wheels and handles. Why make one more trip when you can take two bags and make it quicker, right?

The staff was excellent! Very nice and made sure you were comfortable and happy. The rooms could use some upgrades as they smelled of water. Noticed some molding on the ceiling in the bathroom. TV didn't work and linen was not the best. Beautiful views and location!!! The rooms could stand some upgrades to increase comfort.

Amenities: there were no small hand towels. I’ve stayed in multiple hotels throughout the world and never have I stayed at a hotel with no hand towels. There should be hand towels because people use them to shower or wash their face. Room: the room was very cold. Granted, the outside temperature is high but guests should have the ability to change the temp. I’m not sure if my room had a defective AC but I couldn’t change or turn off the AC. Also, there was a weird smell in the room. Not sure what it was. After the house keeper cleaned the room, it smelled nice for a short time but after some time the smell would return. Check in/out: there really wasn’t anyone available to assist with luggage especially the fact that the rooms are upstairs with no elevator.

The staff were amazing! They are friendly, helpful and really hard working. We did like our room with a nice balcony, good bed, mini fridge. There were a few repairs needed but nothing major. The cleaners worked hard but could use some new vacuums.
