Great location for afternoon sun, good size etc. Had an issue when asking if we could have some extra towels, simple request made 3 times, only to finally to get a very unhelpful lady of the phone. Just a case of poor skills with communication, and rudeness. Appears the turnaround time of customers is too tight for the cleaners, as we felt the cleanliness was substandard when when we arrived, also mold in showers and lack of care apparent. We did spot a team of cleaners the next day, and to be honest the cleanliness of the cleaners themselves, smoking out side the units and the smell they transferred to the units, made me very uncomfortable that they actually had master keys to our units. Apart from that, Valet service for transfers is great, and had a nice stay.
