The hotel was nice. Unfortunately the room next to us was hot boxing the whole floor with fish in their microwave and it made our room smell horrible. Also they had a dog in their room that wouldn’t stop barking

We always love staying here when visiting our family in the area. We got an unexpected upgrade upon arrival to a two bedroom suite! It was very clean and comfortable. The desk staff was very friendly and accommodating when we needed something. The breakfast is always good too. We love staying here.

They are supposed to turn down your bed every other night and give fresh towels, they did not. When we returned to the room it had not been turned down, and I called down to get fresh towels and the front desk person was very rude. I had to walk down and get towels myself.

Staff was irritated by any requests. Not knowledgeable. Request for blanket for pullout couch took over an hour to arrive. Front desk gave wrong times for breakfast. Was told breakfast went until 9:30am. Arrived at 8:55 and staff was whipping food out from under us and aggressive and rude. Overall very disappointed with this stay. Not up to Hyatt brand at all. Would not stay again.
