As soon as I walked into the lobby the placed smelt of marijuana and cigarettes. I just walked past got my room and head there. The room had the same marijuana and cigarette smell with a cleaning solution trying to mask the smell. I turned to go tell the front desk I couldnt stay in this room, when I turned they did not have a secondary lock on the door. It felt very unsafe there. They moved me to a new room. When I got there I saw that there was only 1 outlet for electronics that was next to the TV. There were no other outlets in the room. I went to lock the door, and this door also didnt lock on the main door handle. I went back to the front desk again. They gave me a new room again. I was late for an appointment so I dropped my stuff and left. When I got back that night the smell of marijuana and cigs still covered the lobby and my room. I was getting a headache and said enough is enough I will not stay the night here or continue my stay. I went to the front desk asking for my receipt and that I would not be staying here and would be leaving. The person in charge said they were not allowed to give me a receipt because the manager had to do that....I have never stayed at a hotel where they have ever said that. I left before midnight not even staying in my room more than 30 minutes the entire time I was there. They told me they may or may not be able to take the charges off the other 3 nights. I wasnt even sure if I was going to get my money back. DO NOT STAY THERE.

was pleasantly surprised by how nice this property was. Pool and hot tub were warm and clean. For an older motel you could tell it had been updated. It was a great value for the price. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

I stay at hotels about 10 days every month so I've been to a ridiculous amount of hotels and this hotel room was the second grossest one I've ever been at. The outside of the building looked nice and the lobby was also nice minus the unusually strong smell of chlorine for a hotel with a pool... well i got into my room to find urine on the toilet seat and surrounding the toilet, no shower curtain at all, toe nails on the carpet, a weird yellowish orange goo smeared on one wall and in a few random locations, cracked outlits with spaces large enough for any childs fingers to slide in and touch live wires and even a few egg sized holes in the walls. I am honestly unsure how they remain open. The only positive thing I have to say about it is that the front desk worker was very nice. I did call the corporate number that I was told to call about the issues... and yes I have not heard anything. Honestly would sleep in my car over this place. Id be uncomfortable but I'd be clean and that takes priority in my book.

This is a zero out often stars really. Worst “hotel” I’ve stayed at in a while. No elevator. Entire floor smells like pot smoke, people are clearly lighting up in their rooms. Staff were often not available. Filled out required form at 7am to have towels delivered and they didn’t come until the next day and room didn’t appear to have hairdryer and front desk staff noted “someone must have stole’ it” and offered no solution. I asked if they could grab one from a vacant room?! Hotel is run down and needs a major update and some attention from management in training and facility cleanliness. I slept on a towel which details how unclean I felt it was. Good location, however, so a shame it’s been neglected. Just a glorified motel.

Very disappointing renting the king suite room...and absolutely no help with a refund due to the poor room condition. Walked into the room and the blinds were down and it was right near the interstate and i swore the windows were open. Nope that is how loud that room is. I took a video of the noise coming in...no real person would be able to sleep listening to that. Expedia even called right after we checked out and talked to the girl at front desk and she confirmed the room was loud as well. Went down to front desk and asked if we could switch rooms, willing to downgrade to a queen bed as long as it was quieter, she said they were booked. Went back up to the room and my husband and i decided to check out as there was no way we could have slept in there. I have reached out to Expedia help with a refund with no success as they apparently called the manager, even though i did check in and didnt cancel anything but the manager still said nope no refund rate but yet the hotel did not provide a room that was realistic to stay in due to the noise. So I lose out on $$ because the hotel doesn't want to state anywhere on this booking that the room is noisy and take your money and tell you too bad. I have reached out to Wyndham direct as well and no help. Very disappointing to lose out on money and scramble to find another hotel because they dont properly advertise there rooms.
