This spacious second level 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has access to shared heated pool & hot tub. The master bedroom has a king bed, private deck. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk. The Sunpath complex features a superb location. Only a six-minute walk to the lifts, and also a short walk to the Whistler Conference Centre and all Village attractions. The Marketplace mall is located nearby and includes grocery and liquor stores.

Because of the location of this beautiful home, everything is within walking distance. In the winter time the Resort Municipality of Whistler and BC Transit are offering the free #4 bus from Marketplace to the base of Whistler Mountain - after a long day on the slope why not take the bus home?

Another great stay in Whistler!

We really lucked out when we found this property! We have stayed in the same complex before, but not in a 3 bedroom setup or in a unit that was this updated. It was wonderful to have the three separate bedrooms for everyone and to enjoy a space that was much more modern and well appointed than others. The water pressure and firmness (right range between too soft and too hard) was also excellent in both showers! We will definitely look to stay here again during our next trip up to Whistler!

Nice place overall

Standard condo unit. I’ve stayed in various units in this complex over the past 10 years. They’re all about the same. This one was fine. I didn’t like how there was a huge dresser in the queen room closet. Couldn’t hang anything. And the bed has drawers anyway so why the dresser? Felt cramped. Nice flooring had been put down in the balconies. I’d stay again.

Great condo and location

updated and gorgeous condo. Great location, a bit more quiet this time of year in Whistler so we got in a bit earlier which was very nice of the owners. Took advantage of the hot tub and pool all 3 days. Super clean. I will stay here again!! Been staying up in Whistler for over 40 years and this was my favorite. Thanks for the great stay!!

Great location! Nice amenities.

This was a lovely place to stay! The couch is super comfy. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Check in and out process was a breeze. Parking stall was easy to find. The unit is in a great location. We enjoyed walking the village and exploring. It’s also well insulated for noise, which I was worried about as you are above a lower unit and have units in either side. Some units in the complex provide pool towels which is something I would recommend this one do. We also found the bed in the second bedroom to be too hard to sleep on. There were lots of pillows and the duvets were puffy and soft. And there was no spare toilet paper in either bathroom, so one roll during your stay or bust! The property management did say they were only open Monday to Friday, so we didn’t call to get more as we stayed over a weekend. We also found a bottle of vinegar left on the table on the main patio, and a straw was left on the master bedroom dresser. so maybe a last minute check is in order from the housekeeping team. Other than that the place was clean and cozy. We ended up being a party of 3 rather than 5, and I wouldn’t recommend more than 5 people stay here or 6 who really get along as it seems tight! If we had more than one car there was extremely limited street parking, and the visitor parking is 90 minutes max. Over all a beautiful location, and a well set up townhouse with nice amenities. I would stay here again.

This condo was in a great location-just know that there are stairs out of the garage and again to get up to the unit, so dragging luggage was a pain. Also-no AC in the unit so it was warm in the unit until night. The management company was accommodating by bringing more fans.

Sunpath winter wonderland

We loved the location of this property being only 2 blocks from the main village. Which was totally walkable even in the snow. The skiers loved having hot tub and pool access. The accommodations perfectly fit our group size of 6 adults, 1 child and 1 labradoddle. We were able to reach the outpost property management company quickly when we had questions. Only critiques would be the couch is very worn and the townhouse could use some general TLC. Overall, one of our best trips to Whistler!

Clogged sink in the maters bedroom from the first visit Not enough towels Condiments were in packets (not useful for cooking meals) There was garbage in the living room under the coffee table upon arrival Dusty counter tops Bedsheets were questionable on whether they’ve been washed Kitchen floors were not sweeped well No recycling bins in the house (this was shocking) Additional: Suite was advertised as having access to pool/hot tub but the fob did not work. We had no access to these amenities, host said it was “finnicky due to low temperature”… if this is the case, this should be written on the posting.

Central location

The only two negatives about this place are the amount of stairs (carrying luggage and food from garage via stairs to the condo and then again steep stairs to the main floor and then again a large flight of stairs to bedrooms) and the darkness (full wooden blinds and small windows do not allow natural light in). Otherwise the location and property are good.
