I love Oasis 212. So many positives which all come together and deliver a wonderful stay. The food is absolutely fantastic, comparable with a lot of five star hotels, We arrived at about 2 pm and were offered lunch, a wide variety of grilled fish and meats, totally delicious. I had roast lamb in the evening, this was absolutely amazing. The staff are all lovely….. The beach cabins are very spacious the beds and bed linens good quality. I read a few reviews that were critical of the Wi-Fi, I have actually been quite impressed with the Wi-Fi, it appears to be seamless across the entire site. Would I come and stay again…? Absolutely!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly, fun, and took excellent care of us, and even the guests created such a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. It’s a simple place, yet so peaceful that we didn’t want to leave. Thank you for making our trip so special 🙏

I cannot thank the Caravan team enough for their outstanding hospitality. From the front desk to the restaurant staff and room attendants, everyone was kind, genuine, and truly top-notch. The food was delicious, and the birthday surprise was so thoughtful and touching. The team went above and beyond to make our mother-daughter trip exceptional, and that deserves a true 5-star rating. I had high expectations for this hotel in Tulum, but my experience was far from 5-star. Service was extremely poor from the start—we waited over an hour just to be served tea, which finally arrived with attitude and in a presentation worse than a basic café. Cleanliness was shocking: the pool restroom was filthy with urine all over the floor, and even after reporting it, no one bothered to clean it. The room itself looked nice but lacked maintenance—broken bathroom curtains, a shower that flooded the entire floor, and a terrace door that barely opened. Despite informing them it was my birthday trip, the hotel made no effort to acknowledge it. Overall, the resort looks good on the outside but fails in service, cleanliness, and maintenance. It is not worth the price or the 5-star rating and I would not stay here again or recommend it since there are a lot of better options.
