The hotel staff were very pleasant, courteous and helpful. Overall, the hotel looks nice and the outdoor pool area was nice. Very close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Close to highway and major local streets, though fairly quiet. Room looked nice and clean. Only issue was the common bathroom near lobby smelled very badly...that should definitely be checked often because there are pool and dining areas close by.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property’s 4th floor was being renovated. Elevator was dirty with sheetrock dust and dirt all around floor edge and cabin was streaky and dirty. Room just did not feel up to standard clean, one bed mattress was sloping on one side to the floor and wife could not sleep. Bathroom door hook was broken and missing a screw. Room needed updates and was old. Really not up to Hilton standard or anyone else’s. Person in room next to us had her door slightly ajar and was looking out at us every time we came in or out of our room. Paid good money and not too happy.

I had a great stay at this Hilton. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which immediately stood out. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay, making everything feel easy and stress-free. The amenities were well kept and added to the overall comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
