I arrived to check in and forgot my credit card and had to Uber back to my town, but they were willing to take accept a picture if my ID. Also, there was a huge water leak shooting out from the ceiling, in what looked like the dining area, so breakfast for the day after was cancelled! which as a courtesy, could have accepted the virtual credit card.

The rooms were smaller than I remember and the phones in the room never crispy went to the front desk. However, whenever we did call the front desk from our cell phones they were very prompt in bringing what we needed. I know they’re doing renovations so hopefully they’re updating the smaller rooms!

I was traveling with a colleague that had her own room. The room was renovated however her door lock was actually broken and they relocated her to a room. My own room at first seemed fine as it was a renovated room however the carpet in the front of the suite was soaking wet. It was too late to complain so I stayed in that room. I had an early meeting and didn't have time to move. I was extremely disappointed.

The room seems dated, the carpet was dirty at the edges. The shower head was loose. The parking lot was not well cleared of snow. Huge trash containers next to the window (which led to trucks coming in early morning to pick it up and made a lot of noise). Missing EV charging stations. Broken elevator. On the other hand, the bed was quite clean and comfortable. Good selection of channels on TV.
