At check in we were greeted with a smile and attentive receptionist. We were happy to see the room looked exactly as it did online, it was clean and fresh and seemed like the ideal place to spend a few days with it's stocked kitchen. My daughter could not stop asking to go to the pool and it was the perfect size and depth. Sandra, our breakfast host, was amazing at checking in on everyone and making sure the tables were tended to. Thank you Marriott for such great staff and amenities at this location!

Our prepaid room was given away upon arrival and we were sent to a hotel in the polar opposite direction at 1 am. After many phone calls and hours of stress we were able to assure we had a room for the remainder of our stay. The hotel itself is fine, the staff is very polite but the hotel clearly hasn’t been updated or kept up with in many years. All in all would not return but Orlando was very lovely.

I arrived at 9:30 p.m. after a full day of traveling, only to be told that there was no room available. Even though I had a confirmed reservation. The front desk clerk then told me to walk down the street to the Holiday Inn. I asked if he would walk me there so I wasn't a woman walking alone at night, but he would not. This is a terrible way to treat guests. He should have found me another Marriott property to stay at, arranged for my transportation, and honored the same rate. I will be posting negative reviews online about this.

The hotel seemed older but clean. Some minor cosmetic issues only. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lacking variety of hot items. Just eggs, sausage, an eggless sandwich, and pancakes (cold and dry). Didn’t do much in the area. Was in town for the VA hospital. I would stay there again.
