• Tampering may result in $500 fine + damages
• Optional off-season heating (May–Oct): $30/night

🐾 Pet-Friendly (1 Dog Allowed)

• One approved dog per stay (fee applies)
• Breed & weight must be disclosed before booking
• No dogs under 1 year or restricted breeds (including Labradors)
• Unauthorized pets = $500 fine
• Couch covers provided for approved stays
