The place is clean, everything in order. However, the room is small, The shower is only for 1 person. I will say, OK for a business trip. Its located about ten minutes from the Convention center, about 5 minutes from Walmart (driving). Communication over text and great communication from them. The reason I give 4 starts, is because around (2blocks away) you can see homeless people. They did not bother me, but that made me feel uncomfortable

How this is rated so high I have no idea. The room door did not close all the way leaving large gaps (even when locked) on both sides of it. A gecko crawled into the room with ease and we could hear the busy street and anyone coming or going from the property. There is no staff on-site so reaching anyone for concerns is not easy. While the room was clean, the intensity of cleaning supply smell gave us both an immediate headache.
