The airport shuttle was a great service. That was the best, most everything else was sub par. Some of the staff was friendly and helpful, very pleasant. Other staff was rude, arrogant and couldn’t be bothered! Two very distinct groups but I can’t identify which shifts they were from. Room was visibly clean, but dark and in need of maintenance and some repairs. Wouldn’t recommend! Not worth the $259 per night.

I booked this hotel a few months ago. We’ve stayed at La Quinta Inns before and never had any issues, until last weekend. After a five-hour flight, we arrived around 5:30 PM, only to find that the room we were assigned, located all the way in the back, wasn’t ready. When my husband opened the door, the bed was unmade, and the room was messy and dirty. I had to walk all the way back to the front desk to let them know, and fortunately, they were able to move us to a room near the front. However, as soon as we walked in, there was a strong, musty odor. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was quite small. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience. The only positive I can mention is the free airport shuttle service, which was convenient. Unfortunately, aside from that, I don’t think I’d stay at this hotel again.
