When I booked this property, I deliberately set my expectations low to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately, that didn’t help, as the hotel fell short in many areas. The property is extremely outdated, with both the public spaces and our room showing signs of age—at least 40 years' worth. The rooms had a noticeable "old" smell, and there were areas with torn wallpaper. The furniture had a sticky surface for reasons that were unclear. The room decor, bathroom, and fixtures all felt incredibly dated. The breakfast buffet was decent, but nothing to write home about—just basic offerings. I understand that Quality Inn is a budget brand, and I’ve stayed at other Quality properties in the past, but this hotel really needs a full renovation, or it might be time to consider rebuilding from the ground up. Overall, I was very disappointed.

If you’re carrying a bag and need to take the elevator to the 2nd floor then you have to go down a flight of stairs. That makes no sense. The elevator should take you to the 2nd floor where rooms are located. I’m sure there are people with lots of luggage that would need a cart and cannot use it because of those stairs.

Tv was super old and we had to literally get up next to the tv and point the remote to the back of the tv to change the channel. Bathtub wouldn't drain properly, we have to shower in a 10 inches of water, and asked for service and didn't get better until the night before we check out.
