Everything was excellent

We felt really well in the hotel. Very spacious, all comfort, great pool. The buffet was good - I felt personally a bit overpriced. The hotel made a effort to give a discount for the kids, but there was no kids menu or price listed on the menu.

The location is good to take the bus and the view was awesome. The staff were good except one old lady was not friend enough. The condition is ok but the rooms don't deserve 4.5 stars. The garage parking was so dirty. Spider nets, and smell. I advise to use the uncovered parking. Because the garage is the main downside of the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised how beautiful and clean hotel Palacky was. We truly enjoyed our stay there and the delicious breakfast that was included in the very reasonable price we paid for our stay. Thank you Hotel Palacky for a wonderful hospitality.

Hotel still felt brand new like it did 13 years ago when I previously stayed here. Very clean, spacious & comfortable. Buffet breakfast was brilliant. The only negatives was the lack of any English language channels on the TV, and also there was no mention of my Expedia VIP reward by the staff. But all in all it’s a really great hotel.

Great find, everything about this hotel was excellent, service, food, staff plus importantly rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable too. Excellent value and location.
