Very disappointing- the restaurant was closed on Wednesday when we arrived and the reception shut early. There were no facilities other than in the bedroom. The bed was impressive but very small for two.

The reception staff welcomed us in a friendly efficient manner a lovely lady - the room was great everything was spotless - bar staff were friendly - we had an evening meal i can recommend the Chicken & Ham Pie it was delicious- we had a great time at this hotel also we visited the Wookey Hole Cave ...

The room and staff were lovely. Unfortunately the breakfast which I had thought was in luded was not and at £15 expensive...Our room had a constant loud banging noise all night from the balcony roof so we had no sleep.
