Book Weiten-Gesäß hotels

The buffet was 39 Euros and was sparse to say the least. You are a captive audience as the hotel is set up high on a breathtaking wooded hillside with nothing around but views. Buffet was a rip off for that kind of pricing. Pizza, cold cuts and pasta. Terrible.

Made reservation for a room with a double bed and they only had twin beds available. They charged me an extra €20 per night to get a room with a double bed and the room we got was super hot. They had AC but it did not work, bed was also not very comfortable.

Great breakfast, parking a big plus, location perfect, charming

We were 24 hour flight delay back home to Dallas and so I made reservations for Aschaffenburg, Germany. This little hotel has 39 rooms, two dining rooms and the best hosts I have ever had the opportunity to meet. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and large. We had tea in the dining room, my husband entertained us on the keyboard and they catered to us as if we were royalty. Ready to go back. Don’t miss out on the gem of a place located across the street from the Johannesburg Castle. Beautiful place.

We thought breakfast was included in our stay. When we booked with Expedia. So we were there for 3 nights and we were charged for (2x3) 6 breakfast. The hotel is across from the train station. Great location, great staff.great buffet breakfast.
