Beautiful Place, unprofessional staff
The hotel is in a beautiful location. Unfortunately the reception services are among the worst ones anyone can experience. I tried to reach out the hotel for hours to inform them we were arriving with a delay. Nobody picked up the phone or assisted us. We ended up taking a different room by mistake. ...
