There was nothing unique about this property. The rooms needed a series overhaul. The rugs were dirty. The walls were chipped and damaged. Outside my room there is a couple having a fight in the parking lot and in the room next to me there was a bunch of frat boys party into the basketball game until 11 o’clock. I eventually asked that my room be moved and they did oblige, but someone probably should’ve called the cops or asked them to crank it down since this was a hotel and not a frat house.
