Oak Orchard Creek Cottage Close to Lakes and Nature & Major Cities

Enjoy some peace and quiet! A picturesque cottage on Oak Orchard Creek. This location is close to Buffalo, Niagra Falls, Canada, and Rochester. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a full Kitchen and Sunroom. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace, pull-out sofa, light gym equipment (Peloton App on the Roku), and a desk to use as a workspace. The TV has a Roku with streaming Apps. The Master Bedroom has a queen-sized bed and plenty of storage in the dresser and a smaller tv. The back bedroom has a full-sized bed with a small tv and dresser and closes off with a barn door. The kitchen is on the lower level that leads to the Sunroom and outdoor table and propane grill. The backyard has a great fire pit and outdoor seating to enjoy.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop.
