This was a great experience for our three day getaway. Hyatt Centric was clean and affordable. Hotel was easy to get to memorials we were touring. Hotel was in walking distance to a Target and CVS, also other dining establishments. Staff was very friendly and helpful from the valet, to the front desk to the cleaning service. Check in/ out was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff were amazing. 2 gentleman. One was the front desk manager. Told him my birthday was the next day and he made it nice for me. The room had a bit of a weird smell. It wasn’t awful but noticeable. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Great view from the 16th floor. Would definitely go back.

This location made it easy to get around DC. There was a Metro stop and a bus route within a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms were clean and up to date and the property was quiet. I would return.

I was disappointed with my experience at the Hyatt Centric in Arlington. The property feels outdated, and the front desk staff was not particularly welcoming. My room wasn’t very clean—there was even a damp spot on the carpet. The gym was in poor condition as well, with towels left everywhere and an unpleasant odor. Overall, I would not stay here again.
