Staff were all super friendly, helpful and eager to please. Food was delicious in the restaurant, just pricey. Our room was very nice and clean. Only downside to the room was the lack of counter space & vent in the bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lombardy! The staff was incredibly attentive. The Venetian Bar was a good spot for cocktails, with cozy, historic feels. The location was perfect for us and within walking distance of restaurants and bars, as well as a quick ride-share to Nationals’ Park and the National Mall.

Hotel Lombardy was very clean and the Staff were very helpful. The location was close to many sites in Wash.D.C. The Front Desk Staff and Valets were great! We enjoyed our stay here!!!

This hotel is so cute and has such beautiful decorations. I loved the charm of our room. The staff was great and super nice. Although the hotel is not handicapped accessible, they made accommodations for it to work for my son who is in a wheelchair. They allowed us to enter through the employee entrance around back which led us through the laundry room and straight to the elevator. Everyone was so nice and friendly as we came through. Any time I come to DC, this will be my choice.

It was a wonderful experience. The staff was kind and courteous. The hotel was clean and the location was perfect for sightseeing. It also has a classic feel to it by the way it’s decorated as if you were taking a trip back in time. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely make sure to stay here on my next trip to Washington DC.
