Poor experience
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express our deep disappointment regarding our recent stay at the Luxurious Villa with pool spa arcade room and more, and to voice our dissatisfaction with our stay and the compensation that has been offered to us.Our experience at the property was far below what was advertised, and unfortunately, it disrupted our vacation. We encountered several serious issues, which I will outline below:The pool was completely unusable, with caution tape strung across the front and the pool deck in disrepair. Large sections of decking were broken apart, creating a clear hazard. Nowhere in the listing did it state that the pool would be unavailable. This was especially upsetting for our children, who were most looking forward to using it.The deck attachedto the house itself is hazardous, with broken boards and visible holes, creating a safety risk for anyone walking on it. Needless to say the paint was extremely poor. Again, not what is advertised. Several Adirondack chairs by the fire pit were broken, rendering them unusable and creating yet another safety concern. My wife had to catch herself from getting hurt when sitting on it. The bed in the upstairs bedroom was broken, as it came off the support block during our stay. 2nd bed on blocksThe refrigerator was missing all storage compartments on the door, making it extremely difficult to store food. More but it won’t let me list.
