Breakfast was great Unable to park near the hotel. Nearest was approximately 15 minutes from the hotel towards the city.

It’s a very quaint hotel in a medieval town. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel and in the town of Bacharach. It was very romantic. The rooms have been renovated fairly recently. Amenities are very limited in the hotel and town. There’s no pool or hot tub. But they do have a nice breakfast buffet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no elevator and the rooms are on the second or third floor so be prepared to carry up and down your luggage.

Room was very clean and spacious! The property itself is classic. The staff was a bit difficult we would get different information from different staff. They also weren’t very friendly at the restaurant Le Bristol. We had dinner and breakfast there. Dinner was ok. When they asked if we would like to see the wine menu we said “yes we would like to look at it” and the waitress rolled her eyes. The food I would say is average. My husband dish was very dry and lacked flavor. Breakfast was also average and to be honest for the price you pay a big let down. The options are limited and wasn’t anything special. Not likely to stay again.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, incredible view from the dining room and delicious breakfast. I try to stay here twice a year. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bad Kreuznach,
