First room had bed bugs. Very dirty. Staff quickly put us in another room but there was still old wrappers under the chair cushion. Could be cleaner and better maintained.

Dirty !!!!! And the toilet didn’t work

We loved the lake view off the deck. Pretty clean room. Some of the plug ins didn’t work. That’s about all the negatives on our room.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the conditions were completely unacceptable. From the moment I checked in, there were live bugs on the walls and dead bugs all over the floor. This alone should have been a red flag, but the situation got worse. On the final night, I discovered bedbugs in the room. At that point, it became clear that this was not just a minor cleanliness issue but a serious sanitation problem. Staying in that environment was extremely uncomfortable, and I now have concerns about contamination of my belongings. This is not something any guest should have to deal with, especially over multiple nights. I reported everything at checkout and am pursuing a full refund. I strongly caution anyone considering staying here. Until these issues are properly addressed, this property should not be hosting guests.

TV didn’t work, no working phone in any of the rooms. Had to change rooms 3 times before getting one with a working TV. Won’t stay again.

Room was a lot nicer n cleaner than I expected. Definitely will stay again
