Wir haben nur einen kleinen Kritikpunkt: Die Badewanne. Eine Dusche wäre besser gewesen. Sonst war alles super. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Da wir in einem der drei Häuser untergebracht waren, gab es keinen direkten Ansprechpartner. Obwohl wir an einem Mittwoch angereist waren, waren unsere Zimmer nicht fertig und wir mussten bis 16 Uhr warten. Das Buffet ist wie das ganze Haus, auf Busunternehmen ausgerichtet. Das Essen war okay - aber auch nicht mehr!

Het voldeed geheel aan de verwachtingen. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en de al incluse was voortreffelijk. De kamer was goed wel wat vlekjes op de vloerbedekking en bij de lift een oneffenheid in de vloer onderdevloerbedekking. Had wel even mogen worden gemeld.

Das Essen war sehr hochwertig und die Zutaten aus der Region. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Tschechien. Besonders gut war, dass wir unser Lunchpaket selbst zusammenstellen konnten.

Wir haben 6 Tage im Rathaushotel verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Frühstücksbuffet könnte abwechslungsreicher sein (Auswahl), da jeden Tag gleich. Abendessen nur bis 20 Uhr - wäre schön, wenn es bis 21 Uhr verlängert werden würde, damit man abends nicht unter Zeitdruck steht. Tolle Bar mit verschiedenen Drinks, Spiele werden zur Verfügung gestellt, ab und zu auch DJ mit guter Musik. Personal an der Rezeption mehr schulen - konnten ab und zu auf Fragen zu lokalen Gegebenheiten nicht beantworten. Generell: Personal sehr freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir haben in Rathaushotel eine Woche Urlaub im Doppelzimmer mit 2 Aufbettungen verbracht. Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und wir hatten trotz 2 Aufbettungen genügend Platz. Die Aufbettungen waren ausreichend für 2 Kinder. Besonders hat uns der Al inclusive Service überzeugt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Themenbuffets waren abwechslungsreich und lecker. Mittags gab es eine kleine Auswahl an Suppe, Würstchen und Brot oder Fleischpfanne. Zum Kaffee gab es Kuchen. Auch mit Getränken konnten wir uns dank Getränkeautomat gut versorgen. Gerade mit Kindern wirklich praktisch. Alkoholische Getränke gab es an der Bar. Wir hatten "unseren" Tisch für die ganze Woche im Restaurant. Das Rathaushotel hat einen großen Saunabereich mit 3 Saunen, vielen Liegen, Handtüchern und Erfrischung. Den Leihbademantel konnte ich ohne Extrakosten einfach am Empfang abholen. Mit den Kindern haben wir abends gemütlich bei verschiedenen Spielen in der Lounge gesessen. Zum Billard oder Dart spielen konnten wir kurz über die Straße ins Hotel Keilberg gehen. Im Keller stand uns ein Abstellraum für unsere Ski zur Verfügung. Der Parkplatz war gleich hinter dem Hotel und für 10,00EUR pro Tag zu mieten. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Hotel gern weiterempfehlen und werden gerne wieder hier Urlaub machen.
