The rooms are very uncomfortable and check your pillow and mattress under the the sheets I guarantee you will find blood stains and much more check your room and full detail and I promise you you will uncover the most nastiest of the nasty in hotels

I was hired by this company and upon my first day I was training and was advised not to change shower curtain and remake beds that looked clean enough I spoke with manager of housekeeping and let them know what staff was doing and she looked away and said nothing so I quit that day because I traveled with children they have no cleaning supplies to sanitize there rooms I advise any who stay here reclean your room and sanitize as I had to once I discovered how nasty they clean. The head of housekeeping should be fired.

Great balcony right on the oceanfront was awesome waking up seeing the dolphins playing in the waves. Room was big and clean staff very fast n efficient will be back

Excellent location. Super friendly and efficient front desk staff. Parking right in front of the hotel-loved it. No opportunity for the dining experience due to being winter. Suggestions: doors to rooms need to be cleaned/wiped down. Coffee in room could be better- maybe offer creamers. Thank you for a very comfortable and clean room. Balcony was the highlight. Loved the sound of waves. The moonlight.

Staff was really sweet and helpful that’s the only reason why I booked an Extra night. The interior of the property including room could be cleaner and Upgraded and only 1 elevator was working. The balcony and the furniture could use a good scrub.

When arriving the 3 ladies behind the desk made me feel welcome check in went smoothly during checkin they had music playing the good 90s/2000s hits playing. Very clean and smelt clean.The housekeep stay was friendly as well.
