Confirmed my reservation a few days prior and was told upon check in that my reservation was almost canceled because they were overbooked. Parking lots do not hold enough cars and spots are very small. When asked where to park since all spots were taken, the front desk clerk admitted to parking in one of the spots without a parking pass. Room was small but adequate. Great view and location. We enjoyed both indoor and outdoor pools even though the indoor pool area seemed dirty. Neither pool was adults only.

My room was in desperately in need of refurbishing. Old and very worn furniture, (chest, table, chairs, walls, carpet, etc). Room condition was a 2 at best. All the staff were friendly and offered to help but response time was slow. It took 36 hours and a reminder to get towels and trash pickup. I was there for 6 nights and the air conditioning unit worked well and the bed was comfortable.

There was blood on the "clean" towels in the bathroom. Our door would not open/close properly. We needed assistance getting the door open. The room had a terrible smell. We complained and asked for a different room to which we were denied. The outdoor pool was closed and located across the street in another parking lot. The pool was the reason we chose the hotel to begin with. We arrived at 11am. after being denied a new room, we went to the beach for a few hours. Did not even unpack. Upon return to the hotel around 4pm, I decided I did not want to stay at the hotel due to concerns of safety the smell in the room and the door. I was traveling alone with my 2 daughters, 11yr and 13yr. The hotel insisted they had to charge us for the 1 night because we were there for 3 hours. Horrible customer service. There was nothing there worth the exorbitant price we paid for the room.

Smelled like marijuana all throughout the building. The carpets were extremely dirty in the halls. Could really be a nice place if the owner made sure the staff was keeping things clean. Expected so much more and was let down by the cleanliness.

Hard mattress, small bathroom, outdated appliances, microwave had rust and didn’t spin, rugs smelled musty, front door jams, balcony door didn’t have a screen and it had to be slammed in order to lock it. You could hear the people in the room above us. The Palmas restaurant food was nasty. Hotel staff was friendly
