Front desk welcoming bathrooms need remodeling

Front desk very pleasant and ready to please. Exceptional service. Bathroom very small and hard to maneuver in. Towels were worn, worn and had holes in it but others were fluffy and newer. When requested housekeeping in the middle of our stay, our towel were replaced and garbage emptied but sheets were not changed, bed not made and the floor not mopped.

Needs renovation with new furniture, more electrical outlets. There are no electrical outlets at the desk. Fresh coat of paint would help. Drapes are broken and don’t close properly. Elevator floors are dirty and the elevator at the north end is dark. Location is good.

The Worst Hotel Experience Ever I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so bad I felt compelled to warn others. The bathroom was filthy, with visible mold and a strong, unpleasant smell. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the entire room had a musty odor that made it hard to relax. There was no drinking water provided, no coffee, and overall zero attention to basic guest needs. To make matters worse, my expensive sunglasses went missing during my stay — a truly unacceptable situation. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible experience ever.

My stay was the worst. The employee that checked me in over charged my card that took my account in a negative. No one could help me until the next day at check out.Then once it was time for bed sand was in my bed. I reported it to the front desk. Then once checkbout day came still no refund, almost got in the middle of a fight because one of the employees was rude with several customers including my family. Once the manager came in she was so helpful in trying to resolve our issues. This was the worst Easter weekend I had ever experienced.

Place was pretty clean, but one particular staff member seemed determined not give me another room until after repairs were made to the original room, which wasted minutes to an hour of time. Accomadatiing the guests within reason will not be bad for business im positive. Hire people with correct attitudes toward customer service Please!

My stay at the hotel was fine except the restaurant was closed and there was no coffee in the lobby and those were some of the things we were looking for. however, there was significant amount of parking which was wonderful and the room was clean.

The parking was terrible. Hotel advertises a restaurant and when I asked about it there was no restaurant on site. That was one of the main reasons why I booked the room. They also don’t tell you the King bed rooms are across the street outside the main building. You dial 0 and no one answers and there is more than one person at the desk. Other than that I really didn’t have a issue. Just could use some slight renovations to the rooms.

This hotel was nothing special and not worth the price I paid for it was relatively clean and the beds were very comfortable. I did pay extra so that I could have a balcony on the ocean side because I like to sit outside and listen to the waves. My only real complaint won't matter to most but I found it odd that I couldn't sit out on the balcony and use my e-cig. I understand that hotels don't want people to smoke or use e-cigs in the hotel room but the balcony didn't make much sense to me.

I came to the property thinking the bar would be opened, but it was closed. There was not any weights in the exercise room. There was no explanation to were everything was located in the hotel. Overall I happy with the room and my stay.
