It smelled like weed constantly. Supposedly the rooms are no smoking but it doesn't seem enforced. The pool smelled weird and was not heated as claimed. We had toilet issues and room service is only available at request before 10:00 a.m. Some of the vending machines took money. I want to cancel the second night and try a different hotel but that was not possible due to policies.

The property looks rundown and needs a facelift. I parked in the same spot two nights in a row, and on the second night after I parked they put up no parking signs and then called me and woke me in the middle of the night to move my car. Ridiculous

Building is dated and needs a renovation. Good location on the boardwalk but that was about it. We were only there one night so not a big deal, but wouldn't want to vacation there. Also, they charged a daily "resort fee" that was not disclosed by Expedia, not a big deal for one night, but others checking in for longer stays were not happy about this, seemed like everyone in line was unaware abou the fee.
