Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Found a lighter under the bed. There was no hot water the day we checked out. Valet parking was not available within the scheduled hours. Waited but one came.

My overall stay was great! My only concerns were the slamming of the doors by fellow customers. Also, the papr thin walls our neighbors came in around 10:00 pm and we heard their entire conversation. I took a shower and no hot water until 10 minutes into the shower.

The beach was beautiful from our balcony. The room was clean but water pressure in the shower was poor. At check out time the clerk had trouble checking us out due to an unpaid balance, which I prepaid for the room so the charge wasn’t correct. He did know what to do and had to phone a coworker to help him
