Room was excellent as always, staff lovely, everything was perfect except the AC was unable to make cold air. Likely the usual EU problem of being "disabled" for winter when in theory not needed. The only problem being that with the AC off the room sits at about 30 degrees even when it's below 10 ...

the room was pretty normal but good. overall clean and well kept. staff was nice but nothing out of the ordinary
