Make the short journey to San Genesio Atesino, 9 kilometres to the southeast. Once you get there, you ought to head straight for the Museo Archeologico dell'Alto Adige.

Go beyond Verano and you'll be treated to some wonderful natural sights. Just 45 kilometres away, Brenner Pass is a pleasant place to get some fresh air. You also can't lose with Wildspitze, 40 kilometres away from Verano.

Hone your photography skills at Maiser Park and Schiller Park. You're sure to find plenty to rouse your inner artist!
