With a stay at Eden Bay Mornington in Melbourne (Capel Sound), you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Peninsula Hot Springs and Rosebud Beach.
The accommodation was overpriced for what was offered. The bed was on the floor i.e. the base didn't have legs, so it was very low, making it difficult to get in & out.; there was only one chair for the 2 of us. Also, there was no hot water on the morning we left.
