Lovely clean hotel, in a great position for walking or catching water taxis to all main attractions. Although near all the main tourist attractions they are not in your face with some quieter squares around which make a change from the hustle and bustle. Would stay here again.

Fantastic stay. The staff are kind and so helpful. Helped with transportation needs and gave wonderful recommendations. Easy to communicate with. Venetian magic right by the Canal Grande

The place is amazing. So enchanted and magical to be staying right next to the Canal. They gave me a free upgrade to get a BIGGER room WITH a view of the Canal Grande. A dream come true. And during off-season, all of this for $100 per night. Everyone was very nice. And Venice is ALWAYS worth a visit.
