Absolutely everything about Palazzo Veneziano was outstanding starting with the professionalism, and kindness of their staff! We called the hotel over a month prior to our arrival to arrange for a transfer to the hotel and it was managed flawlessly as well as assisting in reserving a private water taxi on the day of our departure! The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of cold and warm items and drinks including sparkling wine! The property was beautiful and ideally located for touring Venice! The rooms were spacious and very clean and well appointed!! If ever we return to Venice we would absolutely stay here again!! Many thanks again to all the wonderful personnel at Palazzo Veneziano who helped make our visit to this amazing city so memorable!!

The Classic Double/Twin was very small, the bathroom especially had little space. The Junior Suite the next night was excellent, the room was split level with a Canal view. The bathroom was fine. The breakfast was disappointing. Healthy options were limited. There was a focus on pastries, cakes and biscuits.

Great place to stay. Very fancy modern feel while being in close proximity to all the historic buildings and walking paths. Great breakfast with tons of options and the front desk staff was top notch with helping book transfers to/from the airport.

A truly great hotel, the location was perfect by not being too central to Venice but at the same time only a leisurely walk to St Marks Square, the reception staff organised our transfers which really enhanced our stay, fantastic all round, would heartily recommend.

This hotel has the initial wow feeling as you enter. Located in a great location away from the hustle and bustle of the grand canal area but a short water bus ride to everything you need. Our room was on the top floor with an outside jacuzzi. It was labelled as panoramic view, which was disappointing of scaffolding and aerials. I thought because of the price point the room would have been larger, so disappointing especially as no chairs in the room or wardrobe space just an exposed rail. Bed was ok had to ask for additional pillows these should be left in the room as standard so guests have a choice. Bathroom was big and spacious although walls in the shower could have done with a proper clean. Along with walls at the side of the bed which were heavily stained (this was said in a previous review too). My husband enjoyed the outside bath although the first night it leaked all over the patio floor. This was repaired quickly the following day but really should be checked before guests arrive. The breakfast although not included in the ridiculous price was relatively cheap at €10 each and offered a fantastic choice definitely value for money. The staff at breakfast were exceptional, always friendly and welcoming attentive and offering whatever you want, definitely the stars of the hotel. When booking the room through Expedia a number of the photos were digital images instead of real photos especially of the outside terrace and bath area. I felt these were misleading!

We loved everything about this property. Staff were amazing. Shout out to Vin the mixologist at the bar. His expertise on cocktails was next level. If anything could be improved it would be the breakfast buffet. Otherwise would highly recommend this hotel.
